Rebooted my phone and the 7.0 version simply doesn’t load. ### 5/5 — Review NBC 26 *2022-03-16, version 6.44* This is the news I start my day with and end the day watching. Getting their news and weather app was a simple decision. This is the only local news app I have. When you have the best you don’t need the rest. ### 1/5 — Security issues *2022-01-05, version 6.43* Been using this app for awhile and recently noticed redirects happening for no reason at all. These redirects access sensitive phone information and other important apps. This only happens on this app. Happened again today. Looking at other reviews (from a couple years ago) I was hesitant to download but they seemed to have made some good improvements over the years. Daily alerts are kept at minimum. Easy to navigate through the app. Accurate information within articles. They have the best anchors, reporters and unbiased newscast. I love how they support their community with the 3 degree guarantee and food and diaper drives, but also victims far away, like those who suffered flooding in Florida after the hurricane. Thank you NBC 26. ### 5/5 — Very Informative *2017-04-08, version 6.10* If you need news as it happens this is the app for you. ### 1/5 — Nuisance App *2017-01-22, version 6.8* Although the app allows users to select what kind of notices you want to receive (if any) I have been bombarded with sports bulletins. I've had the app set not to send any notifications. They are definitely coming from this app and the only two ways to stop them are to stop them entirely through the Settings app or to delete this app. ### 1/5 — Horrible App. *2016-02-21, version 6.2* Broken weather (Doesn't even Open!). Comically large advertisements. App crashes constantly. Most of the Articles only show half of the news content when reading. I deleted the App, being its absolute trash and is not worthy of accruing memory on my iPhone 6s. I tried to be patient. The Publisher needs to be fired and beta test your app prior to publishing to the Public. NBC26 needs to takes notes from Fox 11 and Channel 2.
