## What is WGTakt?

WGTakt gives roommates one shared place for chores, household plans, expenses, and the life around their WG.

Stay on top of what is due today, see who is away, ask for a rescue when a task needs cover, and understand how work is shared over time. Keep a shared shopping list, split household costs, review balances, and keep important changes visible to everyone.

Nearby connects your WG with public posts, room listings, events, offers, and other shared homes. With an optional saved WG location, WGTakt uses only an approximate, fuzzed position to show nearby results and never displays your exact home coordinates. If no WG location is saved, the feed clearly shows posts from everywhere for now; posting and distance-based discovery become available after location setup.

Use WGTakt to:

- Coordinate linked routines such as running and emptying the dishwasher.
- Record chore completions with Siri and your saved phrases.
- Plan recurring and one-off chores with clear ownership and due times.
- Ask a roommate to rescue a task when plans change.
- Coordinate away dates, shared schedules, polls, and household events.
- Keep one shared shopping list for the household.
- Split expenses and review balances, payments, and settlements.
- Chat with your household and keep important activity in context.
- Discover Community posts, rooms, events, offers, and nearby WGs with reporting and blocking controls.

WGTakt is designed for shared apartments and WGs that want a fairer, calmer way to live together.
