How to cancel WGTS subscription ⁉️

User reviews

Needs a limited free trial

I like the sound of this app but accuracy would be a key feature. I don’t want to pay for an immediate years subscription only to find out my phone or certain lighting conditions hamper the accuracy. A free trial of some sort would address that issue. Shame.

Forced subscription?

Installed just to see what the accuracy was and had a £12.99 subscription page pop up with no way around. It would be nice to test the app before having to decide on a subscription, I saw a 7day trial then a charge but I don’t wish to sign up to anything or have to cancel before trying. Please add a free trial option without subscription need. The idea of the app sounds great but the forced sub put me off trying. 3* as I like the idea.

Absolute rubbish

Regardless of the angle you hold your phone, nine times out of ten if you take the readings from different positions around the head you get different results. By the time you get it to recognize the kitty and not measure the bowl to bowl distance, the person your with has got down and measured and told you to put that useless thing away. Good idea but not worth the money, hassle or wasted time due to a multitude of errors in the application.

Says in app purchase

You need to sign up for trial to use. But that’s ok. I tested it and for the cost it’s worth it. Works as advertised.

NOT FREE!

This app is not free. Download is free but once you open the app you create your profile then you HAVE to PAY before you can use it. No escaping it. So I deleted the app as it is useless to me if I have to pay.

Developer should have indicated this is a paid app to use.
