The new version is not working on the iPhone; works fine in the iPad. I read more news on my phone so this is very disappointing.

When I open a news article, the reporter starts talking immediately. This is embarrassing when sitting in a lobby waiting for an appointment and all I want to do is past the time catching up on the news. 

This is the only news app that does this. I am thinking of removing the app because of this. The news articles are very informative which is why I am currently debating with myself. 

I also agree with the individual about landscape mode.
