We ordered food through this app and got food after 3 hours very very bad experience

We Ordered items from this App on 23 Aug 2023 at 09:05PM (order no.: WK12F9BB). The call for order confirmation was received. Later we were just waiting for the delivery to come. We waited till 10:40PM. No further calls were received. We tried calling the customer care service many times and no one responded. Its quite embarrassing that how these guys are fooling fellow customers like this.!

Location is showing wrong place all the time and no way to add manual address

Such a stupid and useless app so far.... It juss shows fetching location data nd that's it. It neither let's me in to select my location manually nor lets me get inside the app... Such a stupid app made by idiots or someone who doesn't know how to develop an app properly. Wasted my time.
