Most of the time when I try and open the app, the Home Screen appears and immediately closes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it in hopes of fixing the issue but this has not worked. It is obvious that the company needs to invest resources in the app to improve it. I was sitting here watching tv and all of the sudden the heater comes on. No fire just heat. My phone wasn’t working with the app, wasn’t even touching it and the remote was across the room in a drawer. It beeps louder than my tv. ### 4/5 — Control at your finger tips *2023-05-06* It is nice not having to keep track of the remote !! The only thing I would change ( not sure it is even possible ) but can we get an option of changing the volume … or control the volume of the beep???? Yesterday it finally worked and we could turn the fireplace on and off and do whatever we wanted. We were excited and now it’s back to not working again.
