## What is What a Loser?

A dashboard for your body.
Your numbers. No nonsense.

What a Loser puts your weight goal on iPhone and Apple Watch. Check your gauges and get on with your day.

• Weight to go. Your goal. No pressure.
• Time to go. See when you could reach your goal.
• Today Eat. Your food target. No food diary needed.
• Calories to go. Another way to see what’s left.

Add weigh-ins yourself or connect a scale through Apple Health. See your weight history and recent trend. Choose pounds or kilograms.

Your goal plan stays available between weigh-ins. New progress can update the days remaining. Without progress, the day count stays steady and the goal date moves forward.

Food logging is optional. With your permission, Today Eat reads resting and active energy from Apple Health. You can also connect logged food.

Your goal, preferences and weight history sync between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch. Watch face complications open their matching gauges.

No account. No ads. No subscription.

Apple Health access is optional. You can choose to save new manual weigh-ins to Apple Health. The app does not delete Health records. Your weight and goals are not sent to a developer-operated server.

This app tracks weight trends. It does not measure body fat or provide medical advice.
