My neighbors just always look at my bins to know what to put out ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Use to be good *2023-08-15* Was a great app, now hopeless, can’t get notifications unless you pay for premium, why?? Can’t do anything else with the app. Changed phone, went to load the app again and keeps telling me that this location is not supported! Yet it’s on my wife’s phone and working in the exact same location. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-03-12* I clicked my address, it then tells me to select how many bins I have which I did (3) and then I cannot change the dates for collection as the app is misaligned with my iPhone - I can see I’m meant to scroll at the bottom but there is physically no way to do it or type the dates. ### 1/5 — Pretty Useless *2022-11-17* For a start bins are the wrong colour and secondly does not include the green bin days????? And to top it off according to your app my recycling bin goes out tonight for pick up tomorrow! Looks like everyone else in my street is using a REAL app, because recycling bin is not due till next week! Absolute joke, misleading and false information app! Give it a big miss! ### 1/5 — Free Version Useless *2022-09-26* Without having to pay for the “Pro version” the free version is pretty much unhelpful other than to find out when your bin day is and which bins but u can’t get notification to remind u on the day with out the pro version and tbh I don’t think anyone would want to pay for an app to remind them about the bins when there’s other apps that can do the same thing for free. ### 2/5 — Half way there. *2022-03-17* The apps been great at one thing. Telling me what week it is. But i think you also need to add Green Waste bins. I just put it out on the non Yellow Recycle bins day. But other areas might be different. I think some are monthly. Another negative is the app is only open for 3.5 seconds a week maybe even per month….. But you want us to pay for some premium reminder notification. When our phones can tell us about bin day free in the calander or alarms… its a very limited 1 stop no shop app with the most utt most minimal effort and information. ### 2/5 — Limited and buggy *2021-04-18* There’s dark panes on the app and is buggy you can make out what your locations are? Your app is limited on locations, can’t even add my home address in Sinagra? ### 4/5 — Small changes *2026-01-24* Some areas it’s not giving bin type options it assumes red and yellow every week when my yellow is fortnight and no option for green bin. When another local it asks for how many and what types and how often they are collected. (I can send screenshots on request) As i operate a bin placement service in multiple locations and LGAs this could be handy ### 4/5 — Neat little App *2023-11-28* I’m really glad someone other than myself thought of creating an App like this! My location wasn’t automatically covered by the Apps data, but it was really simple to manually set up a schedule for my weekly and fortnightly collection of Recycle, Rubbish and Green waste/Fogo bins. Obviously a comprehensive and broad database of council schedules is needed to cover more locations but it’s a great effort so far 😊 ### 4/5 — Would like to see green bin day *2023-02-28* Seems fine albeit simple so far.
