So imagine my surprise when I decided to give this a try having low expectations and finding that this app and the programs in it WERE actually working and transforming me. I found things from it impacting my daily decisions in a positive way and making me feel like part of a wonderful group/network of individuals wanting to improve their lives and achieve their next levels as well. This is priceless, but hard to quantify its worth until you just experience it for yourself. This app holds a wealth of positive information and coaching for all things mindset, organized into very doable sections that are easy to incorporate into your day at any time or place. It is a must have “go to” tool for daily motivation, learning strategies on how to reinvent yourself using all things health and wellness (mental, emotional, and physical!), and for more in depth courses on changing your mindset in a fun and inspiring way. The motivational videos are both captivating and relatable, as well as entertaining and enjoyable. There is a plethora of free content full of useful life bettering nuggets, but there are also opportunities to participate in paid challenges where you can access worksheets by topic and journal prompts, as well as interact directly with the coach on coaching calls, for more in depth transformation. This app is very unique, and the content is top notch and passion driven. Anyone can benefit from making it a part of their life and accessing it whenever is convenient for them.
