This app helps you pause once a week and answer one question:

What did I get done this week?

Optionally, you can add two quick ratings:
	•	How the week felt (mood / energy)
	•	How much real progress happened

Your entries are visualized on a quiet quadrant chart so you can notice patterns over time. Not to judge yourself, but to stay honest.
