Didn’t work on my iPhone. I had it enabled, went to the newrepublic.com site in Safari, selected a font, and clicked the what font menu option. It said something to the effect of “select a text” but I’d already selected text. Not sure what the fix is, but I hope the developer can figure it out. Deshalb notgedrungen ein Stern. Getestet habe ich mit iPhone 15 Pro und iOS 17.4. Habe die WhatFont App geladen und entsprechend den darin erhaltenen Anweisungen versucht zu nutzen. Es funktioniert nichts! In Safari wird in den Aktionen die App nicht wie beschrieben angeboten. In der Beschreibung der App im App Store ist ausgeführt, dass die App für iOS 8 geschrieben wurde. iOS 8 wurde 2014! veröffentlicht. Wer mit einem solch alten, nicht mehr unterstützen iOS unterwegs ist, setzt sich extremen Sicherheitsrisiken aus. Eine solche untauglich App sollte aus dem App Store entfernt werden!
