## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — help- I can’t this app to work

*2025-02-02*

Help - the app does not work- cannot even open it! Will not take a name!

### 1/5 — What's changed

*2015-10-07*

It is not allowing more than one user anymore and no one will answer my emails..do not purchase unless it is updated!!!!

### 2/5 — Okay

*2025-01-17*

I like it ! It helps with spelling!👍

### 3/5 — Concept good but doesn’t provide feedback

*2023-09-05*

The concept is good and helps my child listen for the individual sounds in words, but unless I sit and watch him, there’s no way to see how he’s doing. The bar below each section showing if a student got the questions correct doesn’t seem to be working, so I can’t see if he’s doing well or even which sections have been attempted. It’s like starting over each time.

### 3/5 — It’s good

*2023-08-11*

The activities are good. But it doesn’t let you change between users which is very frustrating. When you click on the “change user” option in the menu it just takes you back to how you first signed in. It makes you put in first and last name with an email. Very tedious if you are switching back and forth between users. I don’t even think it saves your progress when you try to switch back to a previous user.

### 4/5 — I love this app!!!

*2021-02-21*

I will be honest. I only let the kids use the “color” part of the game because our mark ups are different and I don’t want to confuse them. However, the color portion is amazing! It truly makes my students slow down and listen for each phoneme! They are learning to identify what the differences in words are and it causes them to think about how we would write that! I recommend it to everyone I talk to! I only wish that it could be on android as well! Thank you for creating this app!

### 5/5 — This is an incredible app!

*2019-03-20*

I’ve been teaching reading for 20 years, and one of my favorite pastime is scouring the web for good apps. This one is amazing! One of the few phonemic awareness apps that a student of any age - from preschool to adult - could work with independently. I’ve never used the “Readable” glyphs they use, but I’m going to start! they are excellent, clear, and thorough.

### 5/5 — Readable English team member

*2016-07-22*

This app is designed to be a one-user app and we now have ensured that all emails are directed to the appropriate person for response.

### 5/5 — Interesting combination of learning and playing

*2015-06-09*

A very polished and visually appealing application that makes learning/honing your spoken English skills enjoyable. Enough variety to keep you busy and coming back for more. Recommended.
