This App helps you to plan your diet, meals and shopping to ensure you are getting the correct balance of nutrients.
It also allows you to see which disorders could be caused by a lack of nutrients.
You can see if you are eating too much or too little of a particular nutrient.
You can see a total of all the nutrients of the foods you have been eating, or plan to eat.
It will also give you a list of foods that contain a particular nutrient.

All the above information can be emailed to yourself and imported into a spreadsheet conveniently.

I like this app, because nutrition labels are insufficient from manufacturers, as well as fresh produce often times does not have a label at all.  This has mostly what I meed st my fingertips.  I gave only four stars because I cannot seem to be able to type in a name search, only by photo which is super tiny on my iphone.  And the other thing I would love is to know what the daily requirement of a vitamin I search for would be.  But the rest of this app is pretty awesome.  :)
