Credit to them. The App did freeze on me however at the start of the problem but I had made a back up. I would like the App on my iPad in addition to the phone as a way forward. ### 4/5 — Having problems *2020-06-30, version 3.6* Like this app but now having problems. Needs some bugs fixed. ### 3/5 — Needs a way of sharing the data *2018-01-14, version 3.5* This looked like just the right freezer-managing app for us, but sadly we couldn’t sort out sharing data between my husband’s and my iPhones. Backups to Dropbox is fine for literally backing up, but we couldn’t find a way to get his copy of the app to see my backup, even via ‘sharing’ it in Dropbox. We gave up when we realised we’d be forever having to manually back up and restore to update our data, even if we could figure it out. I needed an easy and manageable way to keep track of what was in my 2 freezers. It was super easy to input all the information, categorize it and indicate where it was located and in which freezer. I've been keeping up with it, so it's working for me. It's great to be able to input a category and see if it's in there. Rather than buying more meat at the supermarket, I can check the app and see that I already have some in the freezer. Great! Only thing I'd like to change is the loacation information. My freezer is not set up the same way that the locations are noted. But I was easily able to work around it. ### 5/5 — Great app - just what I need *2017-02-01, version 3.3* I downloaded other free apps but they were cumbersome to use or didn't say which drawer or shelf the item was in or didn't permit multiple freezers. This app is pricey but does hold the info well. You can stipulate which drawer / shelf it's in. It allows me to track the contents of three freezers and every single aspect of the app can be customized. Trying to share list with other family members. Not sure how and app does not support. Just got app so it’s probably me. But if it’s not. BIG waste of time and money. Would say: DONT GEY/BUY this app ### 1/5 — Barely useful *2022-05-30, version 3.6* I got this app so I could keep track of what’s in my freezer (as you might expect). I was very disappointed to learn that it does not sync across devices and it’s not formatted for iPad use. Additionally, now that I’m trying to add something new, the app isn’t showing me the text I’m typing or any text I’ve added. So the space for the name of the item I’m adding remains blank even though it is there. And when I try to select a freezer to put it in all my freezer names are blank too. But on startup when I try to add anything it crashes... Lot of money on a totally unusable app. Very disappointed. It needs individual items recommended storage times and flags on those as and when date exceeded. Text and font difficult to read. ### 2/5 — No expiration calculation *2020-12-01, version 3.6* There are some good ideas with this app, but others calculate expiration dates automatically. This one doesn’t. It provides for a manual entry by the user. The two freezer feature is a good idea. But for the lack of auto expiration calculation, I would prefer this app, but it is more important for me to have expiration dates entered automatically. ### 2/5 — Good but limited *2019-03-16, version 3.5* I really like this app as it is easy to use and is well designed as a monitor of your freezer contents, but I wouldn’t advise making the effort to use it and populate it if there is more than one purchaser or cook in your family. The Dropbox method of sharing across family members cannot work. You cannot synchronise data easily and working out and copying one persons changes to ensure the copy you back up is the latest is ridiculous. I’ve moved to a different app that I don’t like as much simply because then both myself and my husband can note when we add and use items. What a shame. ### 3/5 — Good, but needs a sort option *2022-05-09, version 3.6* Definitely very useful, glad I bought it. Love the duplicate feature, very handy. Really really needs a sort feature, rather than just the filter option, they need to be combined. Oldest to newest, meats in alphabetical or date stored, location in date stored, etc. Also, filter option needs a ‘clear’ or ‘reset’ button, quite clunky having to manually revert each drop down selection to get back to normal mode. Icons for meat, fish, veg, or user defined colours. The long list of freezer contents is a little flat. So versatile and easy to customise. Ok, so you can’t share data or sync with another app but I have not really found that a problem. I have 3 freezers, in more frequent use now with the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns. This app makes it so easy to work out what to have for dinner. It is just an inventory of what is in my freezers. You can categorise the food if you want into e.g. soup. Or not. Your choice. On entry the item is automatically given today’s date, and warns you when it has been in the freezer too long! I like it because of its simplicity. Dropbox storage of the backup files allows me to keep my iPhone and iPad up-to-date. Initially, I wasn’t sure how my wife’s devices could access the backups too but my request for help was met by an almost instant response from Intelligent Maintenance. After installation, she just has to login to MY Dropbox account using the link within HER Freezer app and click on the backup file. Simple as that! Thank you! ### 5/5 — Power outage plus *2018-03-22* Recently, we had a multi-day power outage. I add the price of the food item in the notes. This assisted me when I had to list and price my losses. With this app, I know what I have and where to find it. Easy to check when I’m at the market. It really keeps me organized and on top of things. ### 5/5 — Fabulous support *2017-10-11, version 3.4* I have been using this app for over a year on my iPad and it has transformed the way I use my freezer. I now know were everything is and how long it has been there. I use Dropbox to sync with my iPhone for when I am shopping so that I don't over purchase. This syncing stopped working when Dropbox updated their app and I reported this to the developer, who fixed the problem in under 24 hours.
