## What is What's Next Athletics?

Coaching gets forgotten between sessions. What's Next Athletics keeps it with the athlete: individualized training, video feedback, and real progress tracking, all in one place.

For athletes:
- Get personalized drills and training programs built by your coach
- Receive video feedback from your coach with on-screen drawing and voice notes, and review it frame by frame
- Log training reflections after every session: what went well, what to work on, and the cues that worked
- Track your measurables (velocity, jumps, and more) with visual progress over time
- Set and revisit your main training goal
- See when you're recognized as Athlete of the Month

For coaches:
- Build individualized training programs by athlete, organized by day and training section
- Pair exercises into supersets so athletes know exactly how to alternate between them
- Leave feedback directly on athlete videos with drawing tools and recorded voice notes
- Track measurables and progress for every athlete on your roster
- Recognize standout athletes with Athlete of the Month
- Manage your full roster from one dashboard

What's Next Athletics is available to athletes training with Coach Shane. Your coach creates your account and gives you an invite code to get started.

Whether you're developing as an athlete or coaching the next generation, What's Next Athletics keeps training organized, personal, and focused on what's next.
