Flying can be stressful, especially when you don’t understand what’s happening. Whats Normal helps you stay calm, understand your flight, and feel more in control from takeoff to landing.

The app explains key parts of the flying experience such as turbulence, aircraft sounds, takeoff, landing, and crew behavior. By understanding what’s happening, uncertainty is reduced and situations feel more manageable.

When something happens during your flight, the “Right Now” section helps you quickly understand what might be going on. It also provides simple, guided exercises designed to help you calm down in the moment.

Whats Normal also includes interactive support, allowing you to explore your thoughts and reduce overthinking while flying. Over time, the app helps you better understand your reactions and how they change based on your experience.
