We are stuck on level 2, question 5, have been for days now and nobody has any clues. The letters provided appear to be one set but then when the game is exited and reloaded they appear to be different letters, not just rearranged but actually different. In order to get a hint you have to pay money - clearly this is a mere cash grab.
