Complete waste of time. ### 1/5 — The app does not open *2025-10-23* I have the last update( iOS 26 ) on my iphone and when i run a stat.. y need to unistall the app and reinstal again :/ if i need to run another stat cuz after one analysis the app doesnt open any more, its so frustrating and i bought the suscription. What iOS version do you use and in what language is your chat in? ### 1/5 — Rip off *2022-02-27* Wrong statistics, a purely rip off even after i paid for the pro version, no way to get my money back ### 1/5 — Fehlerhafte Auswertung *2021-04-08* App übersieht Nachrichten, dadurch fehlerhafte Auswertung und nicht zu gebrauchen. Edit auf die Reaktion des Entwicklers: Ich habe einen Chat mit ca. 50 Usern und 2200 Nachrichten ausgewertet. Dabei gab es einzelne User die wenige Nachrichten (3-5 Stück, sowohl Bilder als auch Text) geschrieben haben, aber diese Nachrichten nicht mitgezählt wurden. Andere User mit ähnlich wenigen Nachrichten wurden ausgewertet. Zu meiner „scharfen“ Kritik: es ist natürlich enttäuschend wenn man sich auf die Funktion verlässt und dann durch mehr oder minder zufällig bemerkt, dass das angezeigte Ergebnis fehlerhaft ist. Vielleicht wird es ja mit dem Update besser, dann korrigiere ich meine Bewertung auch gerne ;-) Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag den ich sonst noch hätte: Schreibt ein User keine Nachrichten wird er in der Statistik nicht aufgeführt. Es wäre super wenn er dennoch aufgeführt wird, um Karteileichen in Gruppen zu erkennen. Dafür habe ich die App nämlich eigentlich gekauft :-) **Developer response:** Hallo Fabian, Danke für die ausführliche Antwort, dass hilft mir sehr!! Ja du hast recht, aktuell zähle ich Nutzer erst dazu wenn sie mindestens 3 Nachrichten gesendet haben. Das werde ich im nächsten Update anpassen, dass sie schon mit einer Nachricht mitgezählt werden. Wenn ein Nutzer keine Nachricht schreibt ist es leider sehr schwer diesen rauszu-filtern. (Whatsapp fügt in diesem Fall keinen":" an den ende des Namens an, was dies sehr schwer macht und da der Chat in jeder Sprache anders exportiert wird, müsste ich das alles einzeln filtern, was mir aktuell nicht möglich ist.) I have found , voice messages are not counted in the total Messages , they exclude that . The group I am in , mostly involves voice messages . Unfortunately I’m not sure about the accuracy. In one chat it missed a whole month of chat data. It would also be nice to highlight top words used per person. ### 5/5 — Worked as I hoped *2021-07-05* I was wanting an app to check the statistics of one of my WhatsApp chats. It was easy to export the chat from WhatsApp into this app, and the visuals look really good.
