## What is WhatWeather Weather Station?

Use your old iPad as a weather station. All you need is to install this app. The display stays always on and the content is automatically updated. You can see the current weather, hourly forecasts, daily forecasts and the weather history at a glance - absolutely free and without annoying ads.

Ich nutze die App seit ein paar Tagen auf einem iPad Pro i.V.m. der Netatmo-Wetterstation. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Da das iPad an der Wand ‚hängt‘ würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Werte der Netatmo-Wetterstation größer dargestellt werden.

On my current iPad a 5 star but the developers have lost the plot making it a min iso13 platform. I would have even paid for the pro version had it run on my old iso 12.x.x iPad. The idea of making it a permanent weather sat on my shelf would have made a redundant iPad useful.…but sadly I’m not likely to turn a £500 iPad into a “Weather STATION”. Would probably be cheaper to buy a Weather Station

Nach vielen Versuchen mit DWD, OpenWeather, VisualCrossing usw. bin ich zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass der tschechische Wetterdienstleister MeteoSource ganz hervorragende Vorhersagen liefert. Auf der Suche nach einer passenden App bin ich zunächst nur bei Android fündig geworden. Dann aber wurde mir WhatWeather angezeigt. Besser als WhatWeather ist nur noch die Pro-Version. Die App ist fantastisch konfigurierbar, zudem kann man verschiedene Dienste vergleichen und hat seinen Lieblings-Wetterprovider immer parat. Zu allem Glück auch noch mit Regenradar-Ansicht. Danke für diese tolle App 👍😊

Stürzt beim älteren iPad Air direkt beim Start ab. Erst seit letztem Update.

**Developer response:** Es tut mir leid. Diese App kann nicht mehr für iOS 12 angeboten werden, weil die In-App-Käufe dann nicht mehr funktionieren. Ich habe einen Fehler gemacht und die minimale Version nicht korrekt auf iOS 13 erhöht. Deswegen konnte Sie auf eine auf dem System nicht lauffähige Version aktualisieren. Wenn Sie eine Erstattung wünschen, kontaktieren Sie mich unter support@whatweather.de. Die neueste Version wird nun nicht mehr auf iOS 12 angezeigt, so dass niemand mehr in diese Falle laufen kann. Für iOS 12 habe ich eine andere Version der App veröffentlich, die ohne In-App-Käufe auskommt: WhatWeather Pro.
