I like how it has a direct link to customer service as well as displays new products. I do not like where the logout bottom is placed because I find myself accidentally touching it while switching between orders. Other than that this app is very helpful. Use it quite often. I love that when it says "contact cs" that you can hit a button and it will call CS and they have your account info already pulled up.
