Customer Serra joke, don’t call back AVOID ### 1/5 — Irresponsible *2023-06-11, version 1.97* If the vehicle is working properly, it’s fine. If not, here’s what to expect: - if the vehicle is faulty or needs repair, you only know when the timer started - the timer is per 10 minutes, so you start off with paying for 10 minutes for a vehicle that doesn’t work properly - if you try to call customer service, they are almost impossible to reach - once you tried hard enough, they will promise you that they stop the ride and give you a refund - you keep waiting for the ride to stop which doesn’t happen - they don’t, and you get charged for the waiting Avoid. They are charging stellar prices. From start to finish our experience was amazing, we had rented the scooters for my boyfriends birthday and at one point one of the scooters malfunctioned. We called the contact number for Whee and they immediately came to our location with another scooter, absolutely couldn’t fault them. Brilliant customer service skills and had an amazing day!! Mine one was really quick and worked perfectly. ### 5/5 — Zip Around Palma With A Whee Go Scooter *2020-09-19* We had a few light errands to run and wanted to explore part of Palma we hadn’t seen on foot, and so we gave Whee Move scooter sharing a try. (We picked ours up shortly after 10am, and the supply was low in Porto Pí, so don’t be too late or they won’t have any scooters left.) It was quick and easy to download the app, register, and add a card to top off our account. Customer Service respondes quickly to WhatsApp and telephone when I had questions about security and putting 2 scooters on 1 app/account (Yes, you can do it.) They suggested that for our purposes a day pass was the way to go, and so for €23 we zipped around town for 5+ hours, including stops for breakfast, shopping, and lunch. Highly recommended as a fun, eco-friendly tool for your mobility toolbox, along with biking and just walking. ### 5/5 — Whee scooters *2020-08-18, version 1.6* Great simple to use scooters to get around on !! They showed us how to work them and ride them and all the equipment was in great condition - brand new helmets! The staff who delivered them were incredibly helpful and had great English too which was really helpful. It was so much fun and everyone in our group could ride them no problem. The city has really good cycle lane infrastructure and you can get around much easier than you could on foot.
