Half the time drivers can’t find me. And the notifications are useless because they aren’t accurate for example your ride will arrive in 10 minutes is not accurate. Means I have to wait around for nothing because most of the time they’re late. ### 3/5 — Features available on app not the same as web *2025-06-01* Annoying that you can’t add notes to locations (e.g. rear entrance or east door) or book/view regular trips on the app like you can on the web version. ### 2/5 — unreliable *2025-03-22* takes forever to load unreliable ### 2/5 — Crashes *2025-03-01* It keeps crashing and have to reinstall. Many UI issues. Doesn’t show if rides are cancelled. Home should be first address on departure, not last. You can’t even log into the app. I called customer service and tried to let them know about the problems with the app, and they said that no one else has reported any difficulties using this app. They were very rude and unresponsive. Do not update this app. It is a useless piece of trash! ### 1/5 — Disgusted *2024-08-27* I haven been working with adults with special needs for 32 years in the city of Toronto. The bus drivers use to know all the designated drop off points and pick up spot so you were guaranteed where you were dropped off is where you would be picked up. Nowadays with contracted taxis they drop you wherever and then they don’t come back to get you in the same spot. Fan your listed a no-show and have to wait another hour or more to be picked up again. in the past six days myself and my client have been stranded twice. ### 4/5 — No location numbers *2024-06-25* The app needs a section that can give the driver more information other than an address. Most stores do not have a posted address so would be helpful if app user could include the name of the place. I’m connected to wifi and it takes several minutes of the timer symbol going round in circles and it still doesn’t open?! What’s going on with it! If scheduled maintenance on the app is happening why not put that on the screen? ### 3/5 — Not fully accessible *2024-01-28* Quick and convenient to schedule and cancel a trip but there are still many screenreader accessibility issues such as unable to book a multi-trip, add a additional passenger or write a note for drop off/pick up location and the voice over switches between the microphone speaker or phone speaker.
