## What is WHEELS for DASH VA?

WHEELS for DASH VA is a mobile version of the "Women's and Men's Hypertension and Emerging Lifestyles Intervention" (WHEELS) for the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension eating plan (DASH). WHEELS for DASH uses tailored messaging to teach and reinforce knowledge, attitudes and skills to maintain and build healthy eating patterns. Users must be enrolled as part of an Ann Arbor VA study to gain access.
