I opened all the car sets on my phone. When I opened it on my iPad, I was charged another 4.99!

Every time I play and check my cars some of my cars keep appearing on top of the screen Also everytime I finish a new car I made I get stuck on the loading screen

I Love This Game But Can You Make A Door Next To The Button Day or Night What The Door Means Is That The Cars Already Are Made For You And Can You Change The Logo Like Somthing For Fall?
