Furthermore the staff working on the messages and phone lines are not experienced and cannot cater simple queries. Response time of the operations team is also really bad ### 5/5 — Job to bring you in. *2023-02-15, version 3.6.4* You should be offered a job to bring you in to central London or to start your day based on where you live. A text message to remind you to accept or decline the job which is held for 10 mins & then returns to the job pool. This one has a lot of visible complexity. Previous version you could see the time in on row which was a lot easier to manage the booking. Mindless idiots are running the business who have never faced customers in life and have no clue on what customers needs are in a real business environment but they are living in an imaginary self-declared world thinking treating business as a war zone and their chauffeurs enslaved. They are not seen as people at all but as commodities to be bought, sold and exploited. Anyone with a little bit of self-respect would not work with such a company. No wonder Wheely, you have no business while it’s fairly busy everywhere else.
