## What is Wheneri?

Track recurring tasks, chores and routines that are easy to forget — see days since you last did them and know when it’s time again.

Some things don't need a schedule. They just need attention.

You think you did it recently. You’ll do it again soon. It hasn’t been that long. But then you check — and it’s been a few weeks.

You change bed sheets when you notice, call your parents when you remember, go for a walk when you feel like it, or go to the dentist when it’s time.

Reminder apps are great for tasks with a clear schedule. Habit trackers are built for consistency.

But life is more flexible than that.

Wheneri helps you see what actually happened and know when it’s time to do it again. It shows you when something might need attention, while giving you full flexibility on when to do it. No strict schedules. No pressure. Just a gentle signal that keeps things on your radar and naturally nudges you to get them done — a simple calendar of your real life.

Track different types of time:
• Last time: see how long it’s been since you last did a task

• Health & self-care: dentist visits, health checks, taking medication
• Sport activities: workouts, walking, yoga
• Social: meeting friends, calling your parents
• Habits: track days since smoking or drinking
• And more with ready-made templates for a quick start

Stay aware of what’s coming up:
• Next time is shown for all repeating tasks
• Overdue tasks are clearly marked and easy to manage
• Upcoming tasks help you plan ahead
• Today’s tasks are easy to see
• Mark tasks as done with one tap

• Categories for today, overdue, upcoming, and custom
• Add notes to task completions

• Task completion shortcuts

Simple & private by design:
• Clean and minimal
• No account required

### 5/5 — Really like it!

*2026-08-23*

a simple to use habit tracker. No unnecessary bells and whistles to get caught up in. What you need and nothing more

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Really glad Wheneri’s simple, gentle nudges approach works for you. Keeping things useful without adding unnecessary complexity is exactly what I’m aiming for🐦‍⬛

### 4/5 — Good but limits

*2026-08-13*

I really like the app but you have reminder limits even when you pay.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Wheneri supports up to 30 reminders at the same time due to an iOS limitation for local notifications in apps without user accounts.

### 2/5 — Good Idea, But…

*2026-08-01*

This app is such a great idea and I was so pumped to try it when I saw an ad for it. But… you have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription or a lifetime fee just to get notifications/reminders of the tasks? What is the point of the free version at all then? Shouldn’t showcase the app as free when the free version is essentially the notes app.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Wheneri is built around gentle nudges rather than strict reminders — seeing how long it’s been since you last did something and when it may be time to do it again.

Free users can use morning, evening, and weekly reminders to regularly review their tasks and stay on track. Individual task reminders are an additional Pro feature for tasks where you want a specific notification at the due time.

The core tracking experience, unlimited tasks, and regular check-in reminders remain free.

### 5/5 — Reduces pressure and task overwhelm

*2026-07-28*

This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I don’t do well with rigid schedules doing the same thing each day so I love the countdown style of it where I can set tasks just for every three days or something. It also does have options for scheduling days of the week if that’s more your style. This also varies the task load across my week. There’s no guilt or issues if you have to skip something. It keeps track of how long it’s been in a gentle way and restarts the task cycle whenever you end up completing it. I love it and will be upgrading to pro soon.

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review 🫶 you captured the whole philosophy in one paragraph — flexibility, gentle tracking, no guilt. Really means a lot 🐦‍⬛

### 5/5 — Genius

*2026-06-14*

The productivity app I didn’t know I needed. KISS

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! KISS is exactly the philosophy I’m trying to keep — happy it landed🐦‍⬛

### 1/5 — Bad Buissness Model

*2026-05-23*

The dev released an app ‘free, no ads’ then proceeded to add pro features weeks later behind a $40 purchase lifetime (not everyone is okay with subs so I dont care what they are)’

Other devs honor previous users of the apps by giving those users access as new ‘pro’ users. This one didnt.

Part of being on the app store is understanding your market, keeping your users happy, and devloping software that standsout in a sea of other apps vying for the attention of the same users.

This dev offered users on reddit a promo code and then lied to app raven users that he couldnt do anything.

Bad biz.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback.

The core functionality of Wheneri remains completely free: unlimited events, no ads, and no aggressive paywall.

Pro features were added later to support ongoing development and currently include optional extras like notes and insights.

There are now multiple Pro options available, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans (initially only lifetime was available due to a temporary issue).

Promo codes were also shared with both Reddit and AppRaven users, so the statement that none were provided is incorrect.

I still appreciate the feedback and will continue improving the app.

### 5/5 — Lo amo🥹💖

*2026-05-18*

Definitivamente buscaba algo así en mi vida. Super util, minimal y facil✨✨

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback! Happy to hear that it’s helpful 🫶

### 2/5 — has potential

*2026-04-07*

the idea for this app is good, and i was excited to try it. it’s great to be able to have a list of things you need to keep track of. however, it doesn’t send reminders on the day the task is supposed to happen, so it defeats the whole point of keeping track.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.

🐦‍⬛ Wheneri is designed to be a simple and calm way to track when you last did something and know when it’s time again - without constant reminders or pressure.

Instead of frequent notifications, the idea is to build a simple check-in routine. I’m planning to add gentle daily or weekly reminders to support this habit.

Thanks for trying it 🙏

### 5/5 — Simple. Efficient. Love it.

*2026-04-04*

Perfect app to track how long I haven’t don’t something. You didn’t realize how time passes by. I thought I did something “the other day” it was 27 days ago. That’s crazy. Thanks for making this! And for making it accessible (free)

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! 🫶 “The other day = 27 days ago” is exactly why I built Wheneri 🐦‍⬛
Really glad it’s useful!
