Unable to make it work even with WiFi and service, the kayaks never unlocked even after our payment went through. This is the second day in a row it’s given us huge trouble. This app is terrible, don’t use it if you don’t have to. I would give it zero stars if I could. **Developer response:** We're sorry this happened. We'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate and make things right. Please contact us through the App Support link with your rental details. ### 1/5 — Extremely overpriced *2026-05-13* Their kyaks and canoes cost 40$ a hr and you cant buy the minutes. ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2026-04-03* The app doesn’t work and they know it. If you’re able to make an account and log in it will charge your card then crash. The app won’t allow you unlock the kayaks or other items. It will just crash continuously and a second after opening it. **Developer response:** We're sorry for the frustration.
