You will never get things done if you bury your calendar under tens of color codes, etc. Whenever’s simplicity and minimalism guaranty a reliable companion that does what it is expected to do. ### 5/5 — Great interface! *2018-01-09* Its user interface is amazingly simple. I was looking for a minimal time planner and i had almost lost all my hope in finding one right after installing a large sized app, claiming to be minimal, but far from it. But i saw Whenever and since the size was rather small, i installed it. When i put in my first schedule in it... i realized, this is it! It was the app i have been looking for. I have many calendars and I love that I am able to maintain them all through one app **Developer response:** Thank you for the praise, and for reporting this issue! The bug with changing calendars seems to have been caused by an iOS update. Can you email support@whenever.io so that we may assist you? Update: Our latest release (1.1.5) fixes a bug that we're pretty sure was the culprit for this crash. Sorry for the delay - it took a while for us to find another person who was affected by this and could help us debug it. I do wish it could be updated for ipad screen size and widget use. Also the help/faq doesn’t seem to be showing anything, no website… but I do hope the developer may come back to this app. Works with ios18.3. ### 5/5 — Easy to use, efficient, worth downloading *2024-04-27* I LOVE this app. It's very simple to use, and I really love the fact that you can easily move your tasks that you haven't completed from one day or even one week/month to the next. you can also go back and look at prior events if you need to see what you scheduled weeks or months ago. I’ve been using this app for weeks, and it’s perfect for the way I organize my plans. The color-coding available with the paid version is extremely helpful. I have colors for appointments, questions, things to say to people, and more. The beauty of this app is that items don’t require start or end times, and can be dragged and dropped to other days. Didn’t get around to something? No big deal, just drag it down to another day! Boom, done - no fuss, no endless menus and tedious work just to change a date and time. Drag and drop. Done. Of course, items can have a start time and end time. Have an appointment at 2:00pm on Monday? Great, the unscheduled items will place themselves around that anchor point in your day. If the appointment ends up rescheduled, guess what? Just drag it and drop it into the new day - the time of day will remain, and can also be adjusted within two taps. Glorious. Completed items stay safe in a filter for each day, so you can review, move, or duplicate them to other days, easily. Again, it’s all drag-and-drop. Thank you to the developer - you have made my life better. Thank you. ### 5/5 — More Appreciation of this app *2021-10-03* First and foremost, everyone should recommend this app on your cellphone as a digital planner on the go. ### 5/5 — Lovely appearance *2021-05-02* I needed a replacement for a paper calendar, where I could simply list an event without picking an hour. This app turned out to have a very attractive layout. I like how I can drag an entry to a different day, and how pinching in or out allows me to switch between the month view and the day view. As a visually impaired reader, I also appreciate how the type size of the entries can be changed through iOS's "larger text" feature. ### 5/5 — The best list app ever *2020-10-24* I’ve tried them all and this app is the best. I have tried many other calendar apps but they do not even come close to comparing. My favorite feature is how you can move an event to another day.
