Fixed a crash on launch caused by duplicate lock screen Live Activities. If two identical countdown widgets ever ended up on your lock screen, opening the app would crash every time. The app now cleans up the duplicate automatically on launch.

Stopped duplicate Live Activities from being created. Fixed a timing issue that could occasionally start the same countdown's lock screen widget twice.

Faster widget refreshes for pinned countdowns. Removed redundant work on the widget timeline so pinned countdowns refresh a little more efficiently.

What's New in 1.1.23
• All-day countdowns. New All Day toggle on any countdown — picks a date without a specific time. Pick the default fire time (Midnight, 9 AM, etc.) for all-day items in the menu.
• Completed timers stick around for the rest of the day. Finished countdowns stay in Today with a checkmark instead of vanishing the moment they pass — so birthdays and same-day events stay visible all day.
• Category-coloured widgets and Live Activities. Birthday countdowns are pink, Travel teal, Music purple, etc. The home-screen widget, lock-screen Live Activity, and Dynamic Island icon all pick up the category colour.
• Dynamic Island always shows the soonest event. Adding a closer countdown on top of an existing one now correctly hands the Dynamic Island slot to the soonest one.
• Live Activities now appear for events up to 12 hours away (was 8) — so tomorrow morning's event shows up on the lock screen tonight.
• New "Live Activity" on/off toggle in the menu — separate from widget settings.
