## What is WhenWorks?

Stop texting "does Thursday work?" to twelve people.

WhenWorks finds the time everyone is free, without the back-and-forth in group chats. No polls. No links. No sharing your calendar with strangers.

Three taps and everyone's in.

— HOW IT WORKS —
1. Create an event. Name it. Pick a date range. Invite your people.
2. Each person's calendar is read on their own device. Only free/busy windows are shared — never event names, descriptions, or attendees.
3. The group sees overlapping free times, votes, and the best time wins.

That's it. You'll never write "does anyone do Saturday?" again.

WhenWorks is for the dinners, the weekends away, the family catch-ups, the footy team trips, the hen's nights, the book clubs, the cousins flying in. Up to 100 people per event.

It's not for booking 1:1 sales calls. (Use Calendly.) It's not for company all-hands. (Use Outlook.) It's for the plans that matter — the social ones.

Your calendar data never leaves your phone. Not to our servers. Not to anyone. Ever.

We built WhenWorks on Apple's CloudKit and EventKit, so the only thing that ever syncs through the cloud is whether you're free at a given time — never the events themselves. We can't read your calendar even if we wanted to. We don't.

No analytics SDKs. No third-party trackers. No advertising. Sign in with Apple, and that's the only identifier we ever see.
