Similarly, there’s a dialogue box that pops up over the “Save” button on other screens. Non existent customer service too. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-08-28* I don’t understand why the school district have selected this app. It’s been more than a week I registered and I don’t see it working for one time. It took me a while to set it up on my phone & I couldn’t get it to work the first day. Logging in the second day it appeared to be working. Worked for a few weeks and stopped working, again and again. The inconsistency in this app is the main problem, I also find it less easier to use. Simple is much better when it comes to parents. Our district is using this app for the year.
