I previously got a new iPhone, and when I try to login, it doesn’t let me go to the second box to put in my password and to get the Find My ride link button

We struggled and struggled and called in for password reset etc. Finally, I met someone who said it doesn’t work for any iPhones or iPads. How ridiculous.
