Dear Developer,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the excessive number of ads that appear on the "Where Is My Train" app on my iPhone. The ads are frequent and disruptive, often appearing immediately upon opening the app and also when checking the status of trains.

Additionally, I have noticed that third-party ads, including those with videos, are appearing when I try to access information about trains. This is particularly frustrating as it can significantly slow down the app's performance.

I would be grateful if you could consider implementing measures to reduce or eliminate these ads on the iPhone version of the app. This would greatly improve the user experience and make it more enjoyable to use.

At first the app was working fine, but don’t know why, now when you search for any train between any two stations just for UP or for DOWN, it’s now showing trains from UP as well as DOWN. It’s totally annoying.
It was better earlier, as the app only showed trains either running UP or DOWN as per the search, now it’ll show both ways between two stations. Just annoying.
Request the developer, please revert the changes done & bring the previous version.

Whenever I open the app, I'm bombarded with annoying ads. Whether I'm searching, trying features, or even just checking the status, there's always an ad in my face. It feels like I'm using the app to view ads rather than to train. Even when I'm dealing with limited connectivity, I still have to sit through an ad before I can use the app. Despite this, the app excels in fetching, viewing, and tracking trains. I understand the need for revenue, but could there at least be a premium version available that removes ads?

Railway please either remove the ads and that too all unnecessary ads for 30 sec also it doesn’t appear once but every time when tracking or opening the app.. so either remove the ads or use subscription to remove permanently.. it is really annoying and irritating at the same time .. i have never seen any app with so much of ads.. it is a humble and kind request to railway to do something about ads in the app .. even when the ads are open at background still when you go back to the app, again there comes ad whatever you click to find or check something on the app each time there’s an ad  .. thank you 
This is not only my complain or problem but behalf of all ios users we face the same irritating problem

Simple app that gives us all valid data for train journey. However, due to large number of downloads recently, the app developers have included tons of ads which is annoying.

 For urgent matters, to check live status of the train, we have to wait for a 30 second ad. That to for every click or selection we make. Ill wait for another app update to reduce ad videos ( popup ad poster is acceptable) or need to see for alternatives.

I was deeply upset by using this app ,as it was train enquiry it shouldn’t contain too many adds and the information was not updated quickly and compared to this where is my train app was 100%better but that app isn’t available in appstore,
I wish you should work on the adds, as if a passenger was in a hurry to catch the train to know the platform number ,but due to plenty of adds results in more delay and he may miss the train .

I think this app doesn’t need any adds as its not a kind of entertainment app but its a service kind of app.

Many people using this application. So many bugs are in this application. Please remove ads because when we try to check which train is reached in the station that time ad is coming that’s a horrible thing.  One bug is train timing not updated while the train late. Some design issues are in the application. Please test the application properly and fix the bug because it the essential application for whom usually requires train journeys.

Hello Railways, how are you doing? 
Ok, I travel excessively and I have only one issue. Passengers using mobile irresponsibly. What’s stressful is people watching movies and checking statuses on WhatsApp with full volume. There is no harm in using earphones but disturbing rest of the fellow passengers is rude. This happens in the day time too! Railways is for transporting people from one place to other and it’s a basic sense for a common man to understand. I understand some people can’t live without their phone. But this mobile phone usage on trains lately is ridiculous. Kindly, make certain rules as it’s very disturbing. In case if railways find it hard to FINE the disturbing passengers. I shall pull the chain and rectify then and there. Try not to give a chance for that as I have no patience left. It’s a genuine and sincere problem. On behalf of all passengers that going through same issue. Just imagine I’m reading my favourite author’s suspense thriller and the next chap playing nonstop silly statuses with full volume. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Train ain’t library either, but definitely not disturbing others. Post 10pm, not acceptable at all.

It wont update the train status even after the train left !. I got suspicious and downloaded other app then I got to know the correct location of the train.

The app is good, easy to use and accurate. But the number of ads i am seeing are too much. For almost every click i am seeing an ad. Man i have to catch train and want to use this app for getting details of my ticket but this guys says no first watch a minute of ad. After that when switching from PNR details to train status watch another ad. I mean showing an ad on start of opening app and let users use it without any interruption is fine but seeing those ads on every click is worst. That makes me think of other rail tracking apps

For a more seamless experience, I’d suggest either minimizing ads or offering an ad-free premium option. Even removing the “Skip” button on ads can feel like an unnecessary hurdle, especially when users are in a hurry.

Improving this aspect would go a long way in making users happier and more comfortable using the app regularly

The app functionalities are extremely good. It helps you to book trains, check live locations, provides updates on your coach position, and offers many other useful features. I am really happy with the app overall. However, the major issue I have is with the ads that pop up. In the iOS version, I cannot close the ads or skip the videos, as the app simply does not respond to my inputs. This is a significant problem that disrupts the user experience. If the developers could resolve this issue, it would make the app perfect.

I use this app daily to check train schedules and live status, but for the past week, it hasn’t been working. The online status of trains is not updating, and it has become unreliable for regular use.
