The puzzles are actually fairly good and the art/music is well-designed, but there are PROLONGED sequences of deadly violence for no real good reason? I’m not sure why we need to see someone getting beaten to death for a solid minute.

Intriguing concept quickly marred by grotesquely violent cut scenes and unintuitive glitchy puzzles. Really, who was hoping their next little puzzle pastime had interludes of vicious beatings and bloody murder? Glad I didn’t recommend this to my teenager. Pales in comparison to the similar Monument Valley series.

I don’t think the App Store review team actually took the time to review this game. It’s surprisingly violent in a very gratuitous way that doesn’t enhance the story at all. I’m flabbergasted they gave it a 12+ rating. The actual game is not terrible, but why the violence? This game will teach your kids to become bullies.

I just started this app and I’m hooked. I usually turn sounds off but I switched them back on.  My only hiccup is that I can’t get out of settings. I have to close the app and go back in but my selections are remembered. So, there’s that. I even have the image settings on low and it’s still clear. I don’t really have the words to expand on what I like, especially since I want to get back to the game. But it’s definitely worth a shot, especially if you are drawn to the idea of the story element as well. I got this game for free and even when I get apps for free, I rarely leave reviews because I don’t usually hang in there long enough to feel qualified to give a review. But this game deserves the praise and attention. It’s engaging in a whole new way. New to me, anyway. Definitely worth checking out.

Without a landscape display option, I may not be able to play the game on my ipad long enough to be able to write a thorough review — but I have to score it just to post my major niggle — so I’ll give the game a good faith three stars👍👍👍for now but with my fingers crossed🤞🤞...

Ok, so the game has a polished feel, but despite it being colourful and cartoonish, it's just too haunting and grim for my tastes. As others said, the cutscenes are not just unnecessarily violent, but morbid as well. 4 stars, because it may work for some people, but it's just not an enjoyable atmosphere for me.

I’m about half-way through & no issues, but I will say how nice it is to see such a responsive developer. 
The game mechanics and puzzles are right up my alley! It does have a bit of a Monument Valley feel, but doesn’t copycat to the point of boredom. This is definitely it’s own thing. 

Thanks for putting it on sale, as I’ve been eyeing it for awhile. Just too strapped during COVID to shell out on an unknown quantity. Will happily purchase a level pack or new game tho!

Very atmospheric setting and intriguing puzzles. One of the best full experiences to be had on your iPhone. If the 30 second trailer looked enticing to you at all, definitely pick this game up. It definitely delivers on what you’re looking for.

Очень интересные головоломки - оригинальные по механике и в меру сложные (на телефоне правда управлять не удобно, мелко). Но все впечатление портит сюжет - чем в отсутствие пояснения оправдать эти абсурдные сцены преувеличенной жестокости? всю игру герой ведет себя как конченный ублюдок, и это с ним игрок должен себя ассоциировать? нет спасибо

The game is positioned for children of 12 years old, at the very beginning of the game in the third scene of the main character some animals roll on the ground and start kicking with their feet.
What do they teach teenagers?
What kind of behavioral patterns do the authors of the game lay down?

生々しく酷い殺人の連続で辛い目に遭いました。相手を水に沈めたり、逃げる弱った相手を背後から刺したりします。主人公は必然性が無いのに様々な殺しをしていき辛すぎます。モンスターハンターは全く問題なかった私でもこれはきついです。操作性も悪くパズルの質も低いです。唯一画面だけはおしゃれです。もう私のような思いをする人がいないことを願います。

feature in the App Store. It will not go past level two. The app just keeps freezing and then crashes. Save your $4.99 for something that works.

This game uses the unique mechanic of changing light and shadow to make changes in the environment. Some puzzles are easy and some are hard. Playing the game was an enjoyable experience. 
The devs promptly responded to a question I had.

I really enjoyed the story, a little bit on the dark side, but I found it entertaining. It definitely has original puzzle mechanics. Somewhat challenging. There were a few times I just walked around until I stumbled on the solution without really understanding how I solved it.
