My address locations have just stopped showing. I have updated my software, checked "always" is on, restarted my phone multiple times. I don't know what else to do. This is a bit frustrating. This app had been a lifesaver for my work. Without addresses, it's a loss. Please help! ### 5/5 — If you run a route business, you need this. *2022-01-22* I manage a Pool maintenance route business. My customers are often not home when I service their swimming pools. Some of them are seasonal homeowners in the state of Florida. Sometimes their motion detecting security cameras do not pick me up. For a variety of reasons, I often find myself having to provide proof that I was at their home. This app is priceless for that. It shows the exact date and address and the time of my arrival, how long I stayed there, and of course, my departure time. They have used the data that I have been able to send them using this app to look on their security cameras hard drives and go back and find footage of me maintaining their pools. They are utterly surprised by how much motion their cameras do not pick up. Without this app, I would be helpless against their cameras, unable to prove that I performed the maintenance for which they pay me. Because this app records the length of service, I am now also able to bill for additional time. I checked it regularly just to see how it was going in terms of accuracy. I’m now in an area close to a virus cluster where I need to check the reported exposure venues against my movements regularly. Today a venue and time was listed that I had visited. I went straight to the app and found that I was at the location at that time and therefore was considered a casual contact who needed to be tested. ### 5/5 — Simple and Secure - Big Plus! *2020-10-23* Very simple and easy to use. Very secure. It does what it says it will do. ### 4/5 — It’s good but not very accurate *2020-08-05, version 1.2* I was looking for an app to keep a record of my movements during this challenging time. COVIDSafe app is only usable if the others are using it and your Bluetooth is on providing your connection has not been switched off when connected to your car Bluetooth. This app does the job but it’s not accurate for instance it shows me at no 16 , then at 22, then at 21 when I’m at no 18. No 21 is across the road some 30m away. No 22 is again 2 houses away. Another address we visited was 107 but on the app it shows as 119 that 7 houses down the road. Paul mate can you fix this app it’s great but not accurate enough if I get sick and it’s downloaded it will be of no use. Version 2.0 was released 5 days ago and now it doesn’t collect the address….only the times. I’ve checked with others and they are having the same issue. The support link leads to a website infected with malware so I couldn’t report the problem that way either. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — Stopped working *2023-11-08, version 2.0* This app worked fine for a week or so but now no longer records locations, although it does have days and times still, just doesn’t say where. Checked all my locations settings, which haven’t changed. ### 2/5 — Still looking for a Moves replacement *2022-10-23, version 1.10* This isn’t it. Nice to see locations (approximately) via this app but no movement tracking. Can someone please come up with a real replacement for Moves? I tried to find a way to reach out to the developer but I couldn’t! I rely on this app for my business where I work hourly in clients homes. When it’s working it’s so fantastic. I have a suggestion, Could you enable the option to delete unnecessary stops from my daily route? For instance, taking a phone call on the side of the road isn't crucial, and sorting through numerous stops on the app can be frustrating. Alternatively, please consider adding a highlight feature to emphasise important stops. Unfortunately a recent update turned reset location permission and I found my log blank when I tried to check it, but turning location permission on fixed that. ### 5/5 — Very useful!! *2025-07-20* I’m 74, and my memory is terrible. App back to being awesome, and super handy This app was fantastic, until the latest update For some reason on the latest update, it does not give you addresses any more. It just gives you time brackets for where your phone has sat still long enough to assume that you are at a location rather than travelling. We use this app for our service based business that allowed us to recall jobsites we had been to, and what times we were at the site. It was super helpful, but now as we don’t have addresses on every location, it has rented it almost useless. If the developers read this, it would be good if you could put the addresses back in. We have to use the Google history app, which is a little bit more cumbersome. So one star review until they put the address back, then I get to 5 star ### 5/5 — I love this app. I wish it hadn’t broken. *2023-11-21* It no longer reports the address so getting useful data from it is hard. I’d gladly pay more money if it helped fix this. This is a simple app that does just that. The ability to then export the information into Excel means that I down have to mess about writing everything down.
