Around the second to last month of school the app kicked him off and wouldn’t recognize him. I’ve tried putting him back in there to no avail, but when I talk to transportation everything is working fine on their end. This year both my son and daughter are on the bus, and I can’t seem to get either logged into the app. Despite transportation saying they can see both have gotten onto or off the bus, the app for the parent portion doesn’t recognize my son and tells me my daughter doesn’t have an assigned bus. Can you fix your app, please? ### 3/5 — Great app but… *2026-08-18, version 5.2.0* I absolutely love and appreciate this app! It gives parents like me peace of mind knowing my child made it safely to school and back home! Especially with a kindergartener starting this year but this app, for me at least, only works 40% of the time. Most times, it’s says it doesn’t have a connection and forces us to exit the app and my children have missed many buses due to this. Wrong pickup times, wrong bus numbers etc., the list could go on! We’ve deleted and redownloaded so many times and that doesn’t seem to ever fix the problem. And if this is happening to me, it has to be happening to others. Like I mentioned, I love this app and appreciate it so much as a parent but the bus it experiences without regular updates caused me to give it 3 stars. ### 4/5 — Bus drivers *2026-08-17, version 5.2.0* The drivers hardly seem to ever use and/or turn it on. Sometimes the bus isn’t even close to being where it shows and the ETA isn’t accurate, if it shows at all. This app is a nice concept though. ### 4/5 — Pros and cons *2026-05-08, version 5.0.0* i had it before the update and i must say the new update and new reversions app is so much better the only problem is sometimes the app shuts down unexpectedly and then the times are incorrect or it might be the bus is somewhere else when the time says 3 minutes away rushing outside. This is coming from a middle schooler who had this for 2 years i also use it for my sister to pick her up. I recommend but i suggest being careful due to SOMETIMES false info ### 2/5 — More Issues than not! *2026-05-07, version 5.0.0* When the app works, it’s great but over the last school year it has been so unreliable. The app doesn’t load the maps, the bus shows it’s further away than it actually is, and there’s no ETA shown anymore. What’s the point of having updates (the off chance there is one) if there are still the same issues? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times to force an update but that hasn’t helped either. Right now I can’t get to customer support in the app because it keeps telling me it’s loading the map. Please update in real time ### 1/5 — Unreliable and disappointing *2026-08-03, version 5.2.0* I am very disappointed with this app. My children’s school uses it to track their school buses, and while it has one of my children’s bus information in the system, it still does not show my youngest daughter’s bus. Both of my children ride the bus. I have submitted multiple requests to have my youngest daughter’s bus added, but nothing has been done. This makes the app unreliable because I can’t track both of my children, which is one of the main reasons parents use it in the first place. An app designed to help parents keep track of their children’s buses should respond to requests like this much more quickly. My children have been late several times because of how off the ETA has been lately. The app will show that the bus will arrive at a certain time but it has often been at the stop well before the time that it shows on the app. There seems to be a delay. I even refreshed my phone several times to make sure that it wasn’t an issue with my device. I’ve also sent a ticket to complain about this issue but so far, it hasn’t been resolved. I say that because it’s very well possible that there’s a disconnect related to API with our school district, but that’s not my job to get involved. It's been a true life saver. The only downside is when they use a reserve bus that doesn't have tracking on it.
