Unexpectedly, the app closed my session and I couldn’t remember my username. I had already add the device info, so I couldn’t manage the device any more. Waiting for a response from the developer to realize whether or not is possible to do something to solve the issue.

Buena la aplicación pero podría ser más amigable, falta detallar las opciones ya que no especifican las acciones a tomar. No puedo fijar una zona horaria (-6 México) en el dispositivo.

The date and time zone keeps reverting to China even though it confirms that the different time zone has been set. 
On the tracking setting the watch keeps saying stationary battery even though it is moving in a car and the time of the tracking is also completely out!!  
What is going on? It worked perfectly, and all off a sudden it’s all gone wrong??? We didn’t change anything and the watch has airtime.
