## What is Whet?

Whet knows what you like. You tell it once — the cheeses, the sauces, the flavor profiles that make a meal worth ordering — and it remembers. Every time you sit down at a restaurant, scan the menu and Whet tells you exactly which dishes to order and why.

How it works

Set up your flavor profile in under two minutes. Select the specific ingredients and flavor profiles you love — bleu cheese, caramelized onion, anything briny or funky, slow-braised proteins, crispy preparations. Be as specific as you want. The more honest you are, the better your picks get.

Then scan. Point your camera at any restaurant menu — or upload a photo, or paste a link. Whet reads every dish and returns your top matches, organized into starters and entrees, each with a match percentage and a one-sentence explanation of exactly why that dish fits your taste.


If none of the starters match your profile, Whet tells you that too. No padding, no generic recommendations. If something doesn't earn its place on your list, it doesn't appear.
