I have gone to my local location infrequently. After they messed up my order last time, I didn't notice until I got home. I sent an email to customer service and a follow up 7 days later. They haven't responded in 15 days. Don't waste your time here. It's not worth the money anyways, competitors taste better and are the same price if not cheaper it seems.

One of the worst apps I have used in my life, it is incredibly stupid that they have “pre-selections” but don’t actually select anything. I threw $10 because the image on those won’t select anything vegetables, cheeses, etc. it is just stupid
