Matter fact anything technology related is worthless from this company. This Apple app doesn’t work, their cash registers don’t work, and their gift cards are a rip off. I bought a gift card a few days ago. I could not load the gift card to this application and their payment system could not process it in store. Customer service was not existent. Do not answer calls and do not reply to emails. ### 1/5 — Easily My Most Hated App *2025-01-19, version 16.6* Man do I hate this app. There are so many things I can’t stand but here’s my absolute biggest pet peeve: I can never reorder a previous order. As a family of 5, it would be great to just reorder a previous order but the app makes it impossible, even if you store one as a favorite. This last time, I couldn’t reorder a previous order because the chips we selected were not available. So what? At least let me add all our sandwich orders to my cart and I can pick a new bag of chips. But can I do that? Nope. I have to start a new order and input all 5 of our orders using the absolute worst UI I’ve seen on a mobile app ever. I’ve had times where I don’t want to do this so I take my business to someone else. Yes, this app is costing Which Wich business because it’s so terrible. Oh! A previous time I couldn’t reorder a previous order because they updated the app and added a new field you have to select to order to the app. Could I update our previous order with that new field selected? Ha. Nope. I had to re-enter our entire families order from scratch, again. So incredibly frustrating that the app developers don’t care about the actual customers. ### 1/5 — No way to add tip for delivery *2025-01-18, version 16.6* There's no way to add a tip to delivery orders even when they use a 3rd party to deliver the food which is terrible for the drivers unless you have cash ### 1/5 — Can’t order a sandwich *2024-12-30, version 16.6* Which wich used to be about picking a sandwich with everything. Now you have to build each sandwich ingredient by ingredient, having to select “No selection” for two separate sections for Mustards and Mayos, and when you go through all of that, you are informed you must make a BREAD selection. Well, guess what section doesn’t exist at all on the order form making it impossible to make a selection? BREAD. This is a big inconvenience for those who use the app to pre order online to save time and they know this. I mean really!?! Do you guys not have the technology to add the bonus reward to our online orders or do you hope we won’t cash them in. Feels like it’s on purpose and it shows how little you value your customers. Then have to wait 20 more when I get get there. The store is empty not busy and they start when you get there. Don’t have to worry about my money any more.
