NEVER EVER  under any circumstances use this app. Absolutely disgusting and scam. They will take your money from your bank account and you will need over 15 days to see it on their garbage app. YOU WILL NOT be able to transfer money fast if you have an emergency. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY.

The service of whish is suboptimal. I encountered too many problems trying to load money from abroad and customer service was constantly re routing me to other people. They would schedule and appointment for a call and I would wait for an hour, hours, days and then they would say sorry we didn’t call and schedule again. It was a waste of time and effort. I highly recommend you do NOT use.

I proceed and it sends me a code, asks me to set up a passcode (that i already had set up before but ok) and then i keep getting an error message and cant access my account.
