This is an incredible tool. It allows you to categorize and rate your Bourbon so that you have a great chronological record of open new bottles with their ratings and your side comments after you have tasted it so others can follow. But I’ve been emailing for months trying to cancel the subscription and they refuse to cancel and continue to charge me every month. I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card company now. ### 1/5 — Not so good *2025-08-25, version 02.01.10* Bar code scanner doesn’t zoom on iPhone 15 pro so the only way to add bottles is searching which has proved to be inefficient and largely ineffective. Your inventory list will disappear shortly unless you buy the premium access. Only part I enjoyed was the wishlist feature. Mostly a waste of my time sadly. Really seems like a bait and switch situation. ### 1/5 — Terrible sign up process - abandoned *2023-05-20, version 01.01.02* The signup process should be used as an example of how to annoy and frustrate users. Overly complex password requirements, field validation several pages in, cryptic error messages. I tried for nearly 15 minutes to navigate the process and gave up. A few tips: 1) offer social signin / signup so you can do away with that horrendous password process 2) put all fields that need to be validated on one page 3) there are actually places outside of the USA and Samoa (e.g. Australia) - perhaps add ‘other’ to your dropdown list if you are not going to use a standard library of locations. 4) get a real human to test usability Would have been happy to offer more feedback but thats as far as i got ### 1/5 — Not happy with this app *2023-05-02, version 01.01.00* There does appear to be any way to edit the size of the infinity bottle if you make a mistake ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Organize you whiskey *2026-07-31, version 2.6.2* This is a great app to keep your whiskey organized. I was way wrong, they not only let me know they were on top of it, but followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working right. I’d HIGHLY recommend Whiskey Shelf. I’ve got over 160 active bottles and it keeps me organized.
