1. Whispa chat with our doctors
• On any health concern. Don’t be shy if it’s an embarrassing sexual or reproductive health issue. We listen, we help and we don’t judge

2. Get a health product or service 
it could be:
• A contraceptive pill (to confidently prevent pregnancy)
• Home Tests (for STDs, pregnancy, HIV) 
• ⁠Condoms, lube and many more

3. Book an appointment:
• At a nearby hospital for a doctor to see you and do a physical exam
• ⁠to get a contraceptive like an injection, Implant or IUD
• ⁠For treating an STD like genital warts,
• or if you simply need a doctor to take a look at something bothering you in your intimate areas

4. For Health Education: There Is also the option to simply browse our edutaining blog to grab quality information that will make you health-smart without complex confusing medical lingo
