## What is Whisper Real Estate?

Whisper Real Estate is the companion app that connects tenants and office staff with their real estate office. Access is provided by your office through an activation code — no sign-up needed.

For tenants:
- View your rental contract details and status
- Track your installments — paid and upcoming
- See any overdue amount at a glance
- Submit maintenance requests with a category, priority and photo
- Contact your office directly by call or WhatsApp
- Get instant notifications about payments, requests and announcements

For office staff:
- A clear dashboard of the key numbers: active contracts, overdue, today's collections and maintenance requests
- Occupancy and collection rates at a glance
- Review and handle tenant maintenance requests, including photos
- Quick reports for tenants, occupancy and collections

Secure and private:
- Protected by a PIN and optional Face ID / fingerprint
- Data is encrypted in transit
- For viewing and follow-up only; your records are owned and managed by your real estate office

Getting started:
1. Ask your real estate office for your activation code
2. Enter the code to activate the app on your device
3. Set your PIN and enable biometric unlock

Fixed missing sections and reports
Most dashboard sections were hidden from users — including managers — leaving only the "Active Contracts" card visible. All sections and reports now appear according to each user's permissions.

Seamless session continuity
The app now refreshes saved session data automatically on launch, with no need to re-activate the device or re-enter the activation code.

Employee access by sales representative
Offices can now link an employee to a sales representative, so the employee sees only their own tenants and maintenance requests, while managers see everything.
