It was fun. Now you have to pay for the most basic features and everything is so sexualized and a disgusting ammount of nudity despite of posting rules and it seems like the whisper team does nothing about it. You also can’t even scroll without your keyboard being up and taking up half the page. It’s not an option to bring it back down maybe unless you pay for it and this is the lightest stop will open up a response or a whisper that you have no interest over when you’re just trying to scroll. Done *2025-11-26* It use to be a good app bad then, expect messages lagged amongst other things, but now it’s terrible it’s a price on everything from search to whatever else they want you to pay for that is simple in any other app that’s common. There’s a lot of older men trying to seek out younger(teenagers, MINORS)girls and a lot of them have r@pe kinks which is obviously weird. I’m not blaming the creator of this app, maybe their intentions were different but don’t download it if you don’t wanna be weirded out. Though the app is quite buggy - I cannot select my age range that I am - given i am writing a post, when the text drops behind my mobile keyboard I can no longer see what I am typing and can’t scroll the view up either - when I am typing a comment or message to someone. The text box stays a single character height and it’s difficult to use - when I am chatting with someone in DM’s then you cannot scroll through the conversation - if anything falls out of the message space and higher you lose the message practically and can’t see what has been said. Sometimes…. You can manage to get right to the top of the convo but then scrolling down is your best guess. - only been on this app for 2 hours so far at the point of writing this. I don’t even know what kind of content I would be paying to get access to. The app popped up with a review box so I selected 3 stars. When I clicked on “write a review” and it opened up it bumped itself up to 4 stars therefore my now 2 star review. ### 2/5 — The lag/messages *2025-08-20* For the love of god, FIX THE MESSAGES. THEY LAG SO BAD, the notifications pop for your own messages and sometimes… It doesn’t even show their new messages. Or worse now… I had a reply that was apparently sent 3 hours earlier and I had to be on the app for 5 minutes before the notification popped up… 3 hours after the fact.
