Enemies don’t drop potions nor are the coins spendable. It just wants you to pay dollars at a time to keep playing.

The fairy thing that follows you around, it always states really obvious things. The menu also gets in the way when attacking things. The power meter mechanic is also really terrible, you almost never get blue potions that drop, nor do you get much loot from enemies.
