WhisperNote: Voice Recorder

WhisperNote is a voice memo app that listens only when you whisper. You tap once. WhisperNote watches the microphone for the unique spectral signature of whispered speech — quiet, breathy, mostly high frequencies. When it hears one, recording starts. When you stop, recording stops. Loud speech, fans, traffic, doors, and clattering plates are ignored. Perfect for the moments where a normal voice memo would wake the baby, annoy the librarian, or feel weird in a shared room. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No cloud. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. Audio is analysed on-device by Apple's AVAudioEngine and transcribed on-device by Apple's Speech framework. There is no network traffic. Everything stays on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes everything. THREE SENSITIVITY MODES • Strict — only the quietest whispers trigger.
