I’ve been tracking 3 items for a month. I’ve found cheaper prices for them myself and the app still has the rep. Disappointing **Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this, and sorry the last month has felt like wasted effort. One thing that might explain it: Whisprice watches the exact product page you add. A cheaper price at a different store, or on a different listing of the same product, will not show up unless that page is on your list too. Adding the item from a couple of sellers gives you the full picture. If the price dropped on the very same page you added and we missed it, that is on us and we want to see it. Let us know in the app which items they are and we will check them. Happy saving 💜 ### 1/5 — Lacks Basic Features and Not User Friendly *2026-07-06* When I saved the product there is a blank space asking for price. I wrote my target price. After a few items saved, I realized it was actually pertaining to the original price. I tried to edit it but there is no feature for it. Also, the target price can only be saved when you already saved the item. All data should be stored in initial post. Also, editing should be allowed. 🤦‍♀️ **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback 💜 You’re right. The price field was intended for the product’s current price, but the wording wasn’t clear enough, and we understand why it was confusing. We’ve updated the label to make its purpose much clearer. You don’t need to edit your saved items, as Whisprice automatically verifies and updates the current price when needed. Great idea, but not working. **Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this 💜 You're right, price accuracy is critical and this shouldn't happen. We've resolved the issue and reached out via email. We wanted to follow up since some time has passed since your review. The server issue that was causing these repeated errors has been resolved, and Whisprice has improved a lot since January. Whisprice is designed to track links you find while browsing, rather than searching for products inside the app. Try "Sharing" a product directly from a store's site or pasting a URL to start tracking. Didn’t think it would work for a store in my country but it did!
