## What is Whiss?

Whiss helps you reflect on your day with greater clarity.

It brings together structured daily guidance, thoughtful prompts, and small practical actions that support self-reflection and personal growth.

Each day, Whiss helps you notice patterns, emotional tone, priorities, and possible next steps so you can approach situations with more awareness.

Features include:

• Daily guidance with key themes, perspective, and practical suggestions
• Focused question exploration to help you look at situations from different angles
• A daily micro-challenge designed to turn reflection into action
• Tools that support clarity, perspective, and intentional decision-making

Whiss is designed to help you pause, reflect, and make more conscious choices.
It does not make decisions for you or promise certainty.

The app combines multiple reflective perspectives, including psychology, common sense, and optional symbolic lenses, to help users explore situations in a broader and more thoughtful way.

Optional symbolic perspectives may include systems such as astrology, tarot, numerology, moon phases, I Ching, and runes. These are presented as tools for reflection and interpretation, not as deterministic predictions.

Whiss is for people who value self-awareness, perspective, and meaningful daily progress.
