## What is WhisText?

Just tap record, and the app automatically generates a transcript, summary, and meeting minutes.
It also supports importing audio files and OCR transcription from camera/photos.
Generated content can be posted automatically to Slack.
Audio files and transcripts are deleted from the server immediately after processing.

Fast, Multilingual Processing
- Apple Speech provides fast, on-device transcription for supported languages.
- Supported languages include Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cantonese.
- Other languages and mixed-language audio may be processed using server-side multilingual models such as Whisper.
- Server-side processing is used when required, helping minimize battery consumption.
